Gretna was today demoted to the SFL 3rd division. I doubt that the potential buyer that the press spoke about want a club in the bottom division of the SFL.

According to BBC, the next two home games from Gretna will be played at Almondvale. This must be another blow for Gretna as Fir Park is bigger than Almondvale and Celtic is the next home game.

That's a good idea but I’ll go for two regional SFL 3rd divisions. Then it will be a 5 teams play-off for two spots. Having two regional divisions there is the advantage of more local derbies and less travel. If such a proposal was adopted, then Annan Athletic and Dalbeattie Star should move to the ...
