I'm trying to complete my Scotland team records with records of who has been booked for Scotland. The Official SFA site appears to have intermitent records of bookings e.g Only 1 player booked in 1973 - surely can't be correct. 27/05/1972 William McNeill 27/05/1972 Richard (Asa) Hartford 18/10/1972 ...

And a bit of shameless self promotion I got to hold it on a very special day ... http://www.londonhearts.com/galleries/scup/images/sc12.jpg http://www.londonhearts.com/galleries/scup/pages...

I've been looking at my Scotland database and found 3 occasions where

Scotland have won after being 2 goals down.

Once Scotland have lost after being 3 goals up

and twice lost after being 2 goals up.

Hearts were 4-1 down against Cowdenbeath in 1933 with 20 minutes to go when a Barney Battles quadruple helped them secure a 5-4 win.

Close in 1896 as well

Both Hibs and Celtic lost in 1896 but not on the last day. http://www.londonhearts.com/scores/sea/1896-97.html It's a bit complicated because of the strange fixturing. A victory over Hearts would have meant them being top at the end of the season. Instead Hearts won 1-0. http://www.londonhearts.com/...
