A plan to help Rangers

Just seen Rangers administrator Mr Paul Clark, of Duff & Phelps say that he couldn't possibly be expected to know where all the money was in just over three weeks of administration. Perhaps it might be an idea to speak to those who advised the current chairman Craig Whyte during his takeover and thus might know just a little about how it was financed, where the money came from and where it went.
