Did Willie Gibson, who was trainer of Queen's Park from the 1940s, play for Newcastle United between 1923 and 1930?

There was a Willie Gibson, born Larkhall 1898, who played for Newcastle 1923-28 according to Michael Joyce but no idea whether it's the same one. Not exactly the most uncommon name for a player.

Yes, same man.
