Digital Scotsman
I haven't been able to view any pages so far. I am staying awake until I get something, might be quite a while! Does this mean that subscribers are getting the same "access" as those using the free trial? Doesn't seem fair to me.

Digital Scotsman
Saturday 31st, I take it you have subscribed to the Digital Scotsman archive. Whats it like for line-ups of early league matches? Its a pity the Evening Times Saturday Sports edition and the Sunday Post isnt available as an online archive as it would save me a whole load of time from going to the Mi...

St Mirren Book
There is a new book out covering the History of St Mirren, "Marching On - 125 Years of the St Mirren Football Club". I don't know how much stats content is included or if it is just a written history. You can follow this link for more details. http://www.stmirrendirect.co.u k/acatalog/copy_of_WRISTB...

I bought a copy of this book in 1996. I suppose it will be just an update since 1996. I recall supplying some stats for this book.

Touch Line Data
David,
I just had a look at the Sky pae you linked. It looks like Sky have struck a deal with Touch-Line Data Systems of Glasgow, as the layout is similar to the stats on the Touch-Line website: www.touch-line.co.uk
surprisingly, most people have never heard of Touch-Line.

Falkirk Book
I contacted the club a couple of year ago regarding these books and was told they were out of print. I suppose Falkirk can be added to the list of clubs which have had a complete record published then? Thats quite a few clubs had a complete statistical record published, does anyone know of any other...

Falkirk Book
Can anyone confirm if Falkirk have had a book out with a complete statistical record? I seem to recall readng a review a few years ago, I think it was published in 3 parts. I know there was definitely a book, but don't know if it had much statistical content.

First Foreign player capped?
Its going back a while here, but I am sure the first real "foreign" player capped while at a Scottish club was the Dane Carl Hansen, who played with Rangers in the early 1920s. Another pre WW2 one which springs to mind is Mohammed Latif.

Old Firm Referees
Hi David, the forum idea is great. Since the last old firm game I have read a lot about using non-scottish referees at future matches. I recall reserching the early 1900s period, and I think at one point there were English referees brought in for old firm games, from memory I think aound 1904 Fred K...
